Nancie had sold a friend's home, so we thought we would meet with her to discuss the sale of our home. She was thorough in her explanation as to how our home would be presented on the market and she was reasonable relative to her charges. She did excellent research and priced our home very competitively. Our home was presented in a better light than most others on the market and we had offers within 3 days, all above our asking price. Although we had bought and purchased over 15 homes in our lifetimes, this transaction was the most contentious by far. The buyer and their agent were demanding, as well as disrespectful, yet Nancie was able to negotiate our way through all the challenges they presented to us.
